Louise A. "Lou Ann" Barrette is President, CEO & Lic. Real Estate Broker of Keystone Realty, Inc.  She is responsible for coordinating development strategies, operations, marketing, design, advertising, and training & development.  The company's success is based on the philosophy of "quality agents not quantity." 

Lou Ann has been a Realtor® in South Florida since 1999. Prior to her real estate career she served as Co-Owner & Vice Pres. for a governmental contracting firm providing services throughout the State of Florida. Her comprehensive background has provided her 
with a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate sales, property management and real estate development. 

Ms. Barrette is a member of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches, Southeast Florida Chamber of Commerce, Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches, Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Women’s Council of Realtors, and Corporate Gold Member of Women’s Prosperity Network. As a resident of Palm Beach County for more than twenty five years, she has been actively involved in community affairs. She is an avid supporter and contributor to local organizations such as the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County, as well as other philanthropic organizations.
